Google Ads Labels

Product segmentation based on data from Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and a product feed added to Data Octopus.

  • Pie charts show the number of products with a given label, their share of net revenue, the advertising budget that was spent on them, and what number of impressions they received over the last 30 days (we can change this period, e.g. 60 or 90 days, upon request)

  • Segmentation allows us to pre-segment products in shopping campaigns in the Google Ads account, so we can focus the media budget on those products that have the highest effectiveness. The tables show numerically and in percentage terms how many products there are with a given label, the number of times those products were purchased, the net revenue they generated in GA4, and data from GAds like number of page views, net cost, number and value of conversions.

  • The table shows the number of impressions, clicks and the value of advertising costs per product at the Google Ads Labels segment level.

  • It also allows, via the 'optional data' button in its upper right corner, to add additional fields to it:
