This report is designed to provide a detailed understanding of user behavior on your e-commerce platform. It focuses on key metrics related to user engagement and the user's purchase journey. Metrics analyzed include: views distribution, Add to Cart distribution, Start of purchase process (Check out distribution) and completed purchase (Purchased QTY distribution).

Funnel Overview

The chart shows what the flow of the sales funnel looks like, the path from the number of product views, to additions to the cart, to sales.

Views distribution

  • Description: This metric shows how often all products are viewed by users.

  • Chart: This graph shows the number of views for different products during the selected period in relation to the previous 25 days.

Add to Cart distibution

  • Description: This metric shows how often products from your store end up in users' shopping carts. This is a key indicator of shopping interest and purchase intent.

  • Chart: This graph shows the number of add to cart for various products over the selected period and relative to the previous 25 days.

Check out distribution

  • Description: This metric analyzes which products or product categories are most frequently selected for purchase. It is an important indicator to assess which products users are actually considering to finalize a purchase.

  • Chart: A bar or line graph showing the number of purchase process initiations for various products in a given period and in relation to the previous 25 days.

Purchased QTY Distribution:

  • Description: This metric measures how often users buy, finalizing the purchase process. It is the most important indicator of sales effectiveness.

  • Chart: This graph shows the number of purchases in various categories, allowing analysis of sales effectiveness over the selected period and in relation to the previous 25 days.
