VIEW DESCRIPTION - ALLEGRO ADS CAMPAIGN VIEWS

Campaign views present advertising results from the Allegro Ads platform at two levels of advertising hierarchy: at the campaign level and ad groups level. The analysis enables detailed monitoring of individual advertising campaign performance and ad groups contained within them, providing full control over the structure and effectiveness of advertising activities.

The system aggregates data directly from the Allegro Ads API, enabling performance analysis at the strategic level (campaigns) and tactical level (ad groups), with the ability to drill down into the advertising hierarchy to the level of individual offers.

AVAILABLE CAMPAIGN VIEWS

Campaigns Summary

Presents aggregated results at the advertising campaign level, enabling assessment of individual advertising strategy effectiveness and performance comparison between different campaigns. Each campaign can be expanded to see the ad groups contained within it.

Ad Groups Summary

Presents results at the ad group level, allowing for detailed analysis of individual product group performance within campaigns. Each ad group can be expanded to see the offers/products contained within it with their detailed advertising results.

TIME DATA RANGE

Reports present data from a selected time range that can be customized using a datepicker (available options: Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, This month, Last month, and the ability to select custom dates). The default setting is the last 30 days range.

Important limitation: Due to the specifics of the Allegro Ads API, historical data is available backwards in a limited range - currently up to 7 days back from the moment integration began.

EXAMPLE INSIGHTS FROM CAMPAIGN VIEWS:

Compare campaign performance through ROAS and COS analysis at the campaign level to identify the most effective advertising strategies and allocate budget to the best performing campaigns.

Use the campaign and ad group expansion function to identify the best and worst performing elements at each hierarchy level - from campaigns, through ad groups, to individual offers/products, allowing for precise budget optimization at all levels.

Monitor average cost per click (Average CPC) across different campaigns and ad groups to identify high competition areas and appropriately adjust bidding strategies.

Analyze correlations between interest (Interest) and conversions (Quantity) at the individual ad group level to identify high-potential groups that require increased budget.

Identify campaigns and ad groups generating high costs without corresponding sales through Total Costs vs Quantity analysis, allowing for quick budget migration to more effective areas.

Use CTR data at the ad group level to optimize creatives and targeting, identifying groups with low click-through rates requiring advertising communication improvement.

Track revenue change trends (Gross Revenue) at the campaign level to assess long-term effectiveness of different advertising strategies and plan campaign portfolio development.

Analyze individual offer performance (Ad Name) after expanding ad groups to identify specific products with the highest advertising potential and those requiring optimization or removal from campaigns.

Create dedicated views for different optimization scenarios, such as "Best ad groups", "Campaigns requiring optimization", or "New investments in ad groups".

HIERARCHICAL FUNCTIONALITIES

Complete advertising hierarchy:

The system supports a three-level hierarchy: Campaign β†’ Ad Group β†’ Offer, enabling analysis from the highest strategic level down to individual products/offers.

Expanding campaigns:

In Campaigns Summary view - By clicking the arrow next to the campaign name, you can expand the view and see all ad groups contained in that campaign along with their individual advertising results.

Expanding ad groups:

In Ad Groups Summary view - By clicking the arrow next to the ad group name, you can expand the view and see all offers/products (Ad Name) contained in that group along with their detailed advertising results at the individual product level.

Multi-level navigation:

Ability to simultaneously analyze results across all three hierarchy levels - from campaign strategy (Campaign), through product groups (Ad Group), to individual offers/products (Ad Name).

ADVANCED FUNCTIONALITIES

Filtering and sorting:

Ability to set filters on each column with multiple conditions, ascending/descending sorting, and hiding unnecessary columns. Filters work at both campaign and ad group levels.

Saving views:

Creating and saving personalized views with predefined filters and sorting for different optimization scenarios, such as identifying the best campaigns or groups requiring improvement.

Cross-campaign analysis:

Ability to compare performance between different campaigns and ad groups to identify best practices and strategies for replication.

TIME RANGE DATA COMPARISON

All campaign views offer advanced capabilities for comparing data between periods through "Show Previous Period" and "Show Change Values" functions. Detailed information about using period comparisons, interpreting Previous Period Value, Change (Value), and Change (%) values can be found in the Functionality description - time period comparison.
